Pure de papas y coliflor -en ingles-

Potato and cauliflower puree

Serving for 6
8 to 10 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in squares, cook with salt and an onion, till tender, mix with 1 cawliflower, cut in pieces, cooked with potatoes, till tender

take away the water, with a potato masher, mash till it is lumpy or smooth, as you like it
add water or cream, as needed. taste, add salt, pepper, finely cut herbs as you like their taste (cilantro, rosemary, parsley).

May be prepared in advance, warm for serving. It keeps well in the refrigerator.
